A whole physical machine rented only to you — its CPU, RAM and disk are never shared with anyone else, unlike a virtual server. You get full remote desktop access with your own credentials.

By bank transfer using a QR code we send you. There is no online card payment. After you transfer, we confirm your payment by hand and your next due date moves forward.

Both, where a plan offers it. You choose your billing period when you order; the first payment is due on the day the machine is set up, then once per period after that.

We provision every machine by hand, usually within a few hours of confirming your order, and contact you on your preferred channel to arrange it.

We do. Machines live in our own racks, monitored on site. Thermal paste and cleaning are tracked per machine, and any hardware fault is handled by us, not by you.

If you return a machine before the time you paid for is used up, the unused time can be refunded. Contact us and we will work out the details with you.
